The pipe valve has the functions of preventing backflow, starting the pump under light load, reducing water hammer, automatic control and remote monitoring, etc., and is used at the outlet of centrifugal pump, which can effectively prevent tripping due to excessive starting current and water hammer accidents in the event of power failure, and protect the safety of water pump and pipe network equipment. The valve is an upgraded product of multi-functional water pump control valve. Its main functions and working principle are basically the same, but it is small in size, light in weight, small in resistance and low in energy consumption. It is especially suitable for manufacturing large-caliber valves. The larger the caliber, the more obvious the advantages.

Principle of operation

1. Valve opening: When the water pump is started, the water at the inlet end passes through the transition device, stop valve, high-pressure pipe and enters the lower part of the diaphragm cylinder. Under the pressure of water, the diaphragm is pushed to close and the small valve plate is slowly opened, and the large valve plate and the small valve plate are simultaneously opened under the impetus of water power to complete the valve opening.

2. Valve closing: When the pump is stopped, the flow rate in the valve drops sharply, and the large valve plate closes quickly under the action of gravity, cutting off 90% of the water flow. The water at the outlet end enters the filter, stop valve, high pressure pipe and the upper part of the diaphragm cylinder, and the diaphragm head is pushed downward under the pressure of water to drive the small valve plate to close slowly, finally realizing the closing.
