Product description

       The Z45T Copper core protection non-rising stem gate valve is made of nodular graphite. It has the characteristics of compact structure, reasonable design, good valve rigidity, smooth passage and small flow resistance coefficient. The sealing surface is made of stainless steel and hard alloy, which has a long service life; the sealing is reliable, and the operation is light and flexible. The direction of movement of the gate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled. This product is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, water treatment, thermal power plants and other oil and steam pipelines, as an opening and closing device for connecting or cutting off the medium in the pipeline.


Features

1. Integral rubber-coated valve core, the valve core is a ductile iron frame, the inside and outside are covered by rubber and technology, the fit is tight and firm, and it has sealing elasticity to achieve zero leakage.

2. Adopting the design of three "O"-shaped seals, it has tight sealing, greatly reduces frictional resistance and is environmentally friendly and hygienic. It has the characteristics of being able to change the "O"-shaped rubber ring without stopping the water under pressure.

3. Corrosion resistance, the inner and outer surfaces of the valve are coated with epoxy resin, and the inner parts are made of stainless steel and copper alloy to prevent rust and fluid corrosion. It can be directly used for domestic water and industry.
