 Rising stem elastic seat sealing gate valve is a new type of product, which is adapted to the water system by introducing advanced foreign technology, and overcomes the defects of poor sealing, elastic fatigue and easy rusting of general gate valves. Elastic seat-sealed gate valve is the replacement product of traditional gate valve, which achieves good sealing effect by using the compensation function of slight deformation generated by elastic gate valve. The valve has the remarkable advantages of light opening and closing, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life, etc., and can be widely used as a regulating and intercepting device in tap water, sewage, construction, petroleum, chemical industry, food, medicine, light textile, electric power, ship, metallurgy, energy system and other fluid pipelines.

 Characteristics products

 1. Integral encapsulation: the gate is integrally encapsulated, with good covering performance and accurate geometric size, which ensures reliable sealing and long service life.

 2. Light weight: The valve body is made of ductile iron, which is light in weight and convenient to install.

 3. Flat-bottom valve seat: The bottom adopts the same flat-bottom valve seat design as the water pipe, which does not produce debris deposition and makes the sealing more reliable.

 4. Corrosion resistance: The inner cavity is coated with nontoxic epoxy resin to prevent corrosion and rust, which can be used not only for raw drinking but also for sewage system.

 5. Three-way "O" seal: The valve stem is sealed by three-way O-rings, with small friction resistance, light switch and no water leakage.
