The Non-rising stem elastic seat sealing gate valve adopts a cavity-free structure. The inner and outer surfaces of the valve body and bonnet are sprayed with epoxy resin, and the surface of the gate plate is covered with rubber. This fundamentally eliminates the possibility of corrosion. The valve stem seals are used instead of packing. The "O"-shaped sealing ring makes the bee more reliable. According to needs, the gate valve can be operated by operating lever, hand wheel, electric and pneumatic etc. It is suitable for drinking water, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, natural gas and gas, industry and food industries.

Structural features

1. The integrated valve cover has a dark rod design and compact structure; the valve stem nut and the gate have two-body structure, no jamming phenomenon occurs; straight passage, no leakage cavity; valve stem seal adopts "O"-shaped sealing ring.

2. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance. The inner and outer surfaces of the shell are sprayed with epoxy resin, and the inner surface is lined with enamel when necessary; the connecting bolts are hexagonal socket bolts and the top is glued.

3. Reliable sanitary epoxy resin conforms to the sanitary standard GB/T17219-1998, and the gate is entirely covered with rubber conforming to sanitary inspection; the valve stem, valve stem nut and other parts are made of stainless steel or bronze that are not corroded by water.
