Product description
The dynamic balance electric control valve is a combination of a dynamic differential pressure balance valve and an electric control valve, which is equivalent to setting a constant pressure device at both ends of the water inlet and outlet of a motor control valve. When the system pressure changes, the electric control valve is in a constant pressure state. , It is in line with that the electric control valve will not adjust the valve opening due to the change of the flow rate due to the system pressure fluctuation, thereby increasing the hydraulic stability of the system. Dynamic balance electric control valves are widely used in chemical, petrochemical, petroleum, papermaking, mining, electric power, liquefied gas, food, pharmaceuticals, water supply and drainage, municipal administration, mechanical equipment, electronic industry, urban construction and other fields.
Working principle
This valve is in a variable flow system where the system load fluctuates greatly. When the system pressure changes, the pressure difference (P1-P3) at both ends of the valve also changes.
1. When the inlet pressure P1 increases, (P1-P2) increases, and then the electric lubricating valve core moves upward to reduce the opening between P1 and P2, and when the valve core pressure P2 decreases, (P1-P2) opens As the degree increases, the spool pressure P2 increases. Therefore, this kind of electric valve has strong anti-interference ability and dynamic balance function.
2. When the electric actuator receives the control signal to make the valve shaft rotate by R, the opening between P2 and P3 will also change accordingly. Regardless of how the system pressure difference (P1-P3) changes, the pressure difference (P2-P3) between P2 and P3 is always the same. Therefore, corresponding to any opening position, the delivered water flow rate is constant, and it is electrically adjusted The actual flow characteristic curve of the valve should be consistent and not deviated from the flow characteristic curve sooner or later, so this electric valve has better adjustment characteristics than the traditional electric control valve.
