Product description
The lift-type fluorine-lined check valve is also called a check valve. The internal flow passage of the valve body is fully lined with PTFE, which has the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance. It is suitable for various concentrations of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and various organic acids, strong acids, and strong oxidants at -50℃~150℃. FEP is also suitable for various concentrations of strong alkali organic solvents and other corrosion It is used to prevent the backflow of the medium in the pipeline of the natural gas and liquid medium.
Working principle
During the use of the lift-type fluorine-lined check valve, the medium flows in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure. When the medium flows in the specified direction, the valve flap is opened by the force of the medium; when the medium flows backward, the valve flap is tightly closed with the sealing surface of the valve seat due to the weight of the valve flap and the opposing force of the medium. Closed to achieve the purpose of preventing the backflow of the medium.
