It is widely used with corrosive media or as a cut-off medium in pipeline systems such as petroleum and chemical industries. Fluorine-lined globe valves are strictly prohibited to be used for flow adjustment to prevent the high-speed media flow generated at the throttle from eroding the sealing surface.

Main structural features

1. The structure of the flanged fluorine-lined globe valve is relatively simple, and the manufacture and maintenance are relatively convenient. When opening and closing, the disc stroke is smaller, the opening and closing time is shorter, and the valve height is smaller. The valve disc and the valve stem are designed as an integral structure, which is compact in structure and safe to use.

2. There are three types of flanged fluorine-lined globe valves. Straight-through type, direct-flow type, and angle type. The straight-through type is commonly used. The angle type can be installed at the corner of the piping system. The direct-flow type flow resistance is the smallest of the stop valves.
