Product description
Electric ball-type fully welded ball valves are mainly used in engineering pipelines to switch on and adjust the media. It can be directly buried in the ground or installed directly. The overall structure adopts a fully welded industrial structure, which greatly improves the internal and external sealing of the valve and reduces the weight of the valve. It not only reduces the cost of engineering construction, but also saves time. It is widely used in urban gas underground pipelines, natural gas transmission pipelines, pressure regulating stations and other fields.
Features
1. The electric spherical fully welded ball valve is a two-piece side-mounted forged and welded structure. The spherical body fully welded structure has a low body weight. Its ideal spherical body can cope with higher pressure and bending moments, and can follow higher internal and External pressure. Different material combinations can be selected to ensure reliable operation of the valve in corrosive situations, such as acid gas.
2. Seal structure features: forged steel fixed ball floating seat, soft/hard two-stage seal, primary seal is metal seal, secondary seal is non-metallic seal; secondary seal adopts VITON-AED, DEVLON, PEEK and all metal Sealing etc.
3. Features of two-vertical two-ring group welding: a unique welding process is used to ensure the quality of the multi-pass weld and the deformation generated during the welding process. Special assembly technology and tooling equipment to ensure the accuracy of assembly positioning.
4. Features of single-pass welding seam group welding type: the valve body is assembled by two head-shaped valve bodies in the middle, with less welding seams and small deformation, and the welding seams are far away from the valve seat, and the welding heat is not easy to damage the valve seat.
