Product description
The electric push rod fan-shaped blind valve is also known as the electric push rod fan-shaped glasses valve. The electric push rod fan-shaped flap is mainly composed of left valve body, right valve body, valve stem, gate, sealing ring, electric push rod and other parts. A rigid structure is formed by the base and supporting columns. The sealing part adopts stainless steel and rubber sealing ring, which has good sealing performance and long service life. The sealing ring is set on the gate, and it is easy to replace the sealing ring during maintenance. The rubber sealing ring is inlaid on the gate. The electric push rod blind plate valve can be controlled by a single unit, or multiple units can be networked for remote control. Under abnormal conditions, it can also be operated manually by the valve itself.
Features
1. During the opening and closing of the valve, the sealing ring of the door panel has no abrasion, the sealing performance is stable and the sealing ring is easy to replace.
2. The transmission adopts the principle of linkage mechanism, the structure is simple, and it is suitable for working places with harsh environment. The transmission stroke is accurate and the clamping force of the three clamping points of the clamping mechanism is even.
3. Taking into account the structural characteristics of the blind plate valve, the two sealing weaknesses of the blind plate valve are rigidly strengthened to make the sealing performance more reliable.
4. The positioning of the electric push rod adopts a new type of inductive electrical appliance, which reduces unnecessary sparks when sending a signal, and is safer to use.
5. As the gas is flowing, the stainless steel telescopic bellows in the valve are likely to be scoured and worn. When the valve is designed, the bellows guide sleeve in the pipeline cavity adopts 16Mn steel plate with good wear resistance while increasing its thickness.
6. The material of the sealing ring is fluorine rubber which is resistant to high temperature and gas.
Scope of application
Electric push rod blind valve is mainly used in gas, air, flue gas and other gas medium pipelines in various industrial and mining enterprises, environmental protection and other industries, as a reliable device to cut off all kinds of toxic and harmful.
Working principle
First, the electric clamping push rod is driven by the motor, and the thrust is directly applied to the active clamping threaded valve stem through the crank, so that it rotates and the three threaded valve stems are rotated synchronously through the connecting rod mechanism to drive the respective left and right valves. The rod nut makes the left valve body and the middle valve body move relative to the valve plate as the center while compressing the bellows, so that the door plate sealing ring is completely separated from the two valve body sealing rings. Restart the electric walking push rod thrust to replace the blind ring and through ring of the door panel, and the electric clamping push rod will act again to clamp the rubber sealing ring of the door panel to achieve valve sealing. The door panel is composed of a blind plate and a through ring. When the tightening mechanism is released, the door panel can rotate and change the position to realize the valve switch.
