It is mainly composed of valve body, valve cover, sealing valve seat, ball and valve stem. The ball with a hole is the core of the ball valve. The ball is controlled by the rotation of the valve stem to open and close, and the rotation is the full switch.

Structural features

The gas pipeline flange ball valve adopts formed PTFE packing, which is suitable for most high and medium pressure gas transportation occasions. The handle operating torque is stable, and the O-ring seal is used to prevent external impurities from entering the valve. And to maintain the long-term sealing performance of the valve, the ball valve larger than DN150 is driven by a worm gear.
