        The power station water pressure test plugging valve is installed on the steam pipes at the outlet of the boiler superheater and the inlet and outlet of the reheater, as an isolating device for the static water pressure test. After the water pressure test, remove the internal blocking plate and support plate and other internal parts, and install the diversion sleeve as the pipeline to enter the normal use state. Next time when the hydraulic test is required, take out the diversion sleeve and reinstall the internal parts such as the blocking plate and the supporting plate.

Structural features

1. The valve adopts butt welding connection, the straight passage has no diameter reduction, single-sided flat sealing, the valve body sealing surface is piled with austenitic stainless steel, and the blocking plate is equipped with an O-shaped rubber sealing ring.

2. The middle cavity adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure. During hydraulic test or operation, the sealing ring can be compressed by the medium pressure to achieve a reliable seal, and the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal.

3. The valve body is made of high-quality steel castings, and both ends are processed into U-shaped grooves and pipes are directly butt welded.
