Product description
Both ends of the branch pipe of the power station lift check valve are welded structure. The welded groove can be made according to standards or user requirements. It is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure water, steam, oil, and superheated steam pipelines in thermal power plants, petrochemicals, and metallurgy. It is a device to prevent the backflow of the medium. One is the imported type that follows the ANSIB16.34 and JIS E101 standards; the other is the national standard type of the Jb3595 standard. The temperature and pressure levels followed are consistent, and there is a certain interchange relationship in some pipelines. The middle part adopts non-bonnet pressure self-tightening type, which has good sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure conditions. There are two materials for the self-sealing ring: one is low carbon steel, and the other is flexible graphite clamp 316 wire (mesh). The sealing surface is welded with drill-based cemented carbide. The processed pure metal layer is ≥3mm, which has abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and long service life.
Structural features
1. The valve clack is quenched as a whole and can move up and down on the valve body. When the medium flows back, the valve clack is automatically closed by the medium pressure and spring.
2. The valve body and bonnet are all die forgings.
3. The sealing surface on the valve seat is made of cobalt-based cemented carbide plasma spray welding surface. Good abrasion resistance and scratch resistance.
4. The check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipeline, and the medium flow direction is from bottom to top (positive flow).
