Tri-eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve adopts precise J-shaped elastic sealing ring and tri-eccentric multi-layer metal hard sealing structure, which is widely used in industrial pipelines such as metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical industry, water supply and drainage and municipal construction, etc. where the medium temperature is less than or equal to 425℃, for regulating flow and carrying off fluid. The valve adopts triple eccentric structure. The valve seat and the sealing surface of the disc plate are made of stainless steel with different hardness. It has good corrosion resistance and long service life. The product meets the national GB/T13927-92 valve pressure test standard.

Structural characteristics of valve

1. This valve adopts triple eccentric sealing structure, with almost no abrasion between the valve seat and the butterfly plate, and it has the sealing function of getting tighter and tighter.

2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of hard metal sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance, long service life and so on, regardless of low temperature and high temperature.

3. Surfacing cobalt-based hard alloy is used for the sealing surface of the disc and plate, which is wear-resistant and has long service life.

4. The large butterfly plate adopts the frame structure with high strength, large flow area and small flow resistance.

5. This valve has the function of two-way sealing, and it is not limited by the direction of the medium or affected by the space position during installation, so it can be installed in any direction.

6. The driving device can be installed in multiple stations (rotating 90 or 180), which is convenient for users.
