On December 2, the valves of 12 injection-production Wells, including Well Wen 8 of Wenxi No.1 gas storage in Tuha Oilfield, were opened successively, marking the official opening of the second round of gas production of Wenjisan gas storage group, the first gas storage group in Northwest China. With the opening of Wells in Wenxi Gas storage, it will be the first time that Wenxi Gas Storage and Wenxi gas storage will produce gas simultaneously, and the daily gas production will exceed 3 million cubic meters.
Gas storage is like the "underground granary" of natural gas, which is of great significance to seasonal peak regulation, emergency gas supply and national energy strategic reserve.
The Wenjisan gas storage group of Tuha Oilfield is located in Shanshan County, Turpan City, Xinjiang Province, and is listed as a key energy construction project of national, autonomous region and China Petroleum. The gas source is mainly natural gas from Central Asia and Tarim oilfield, including four gas storage, namely, Wenxi No. 1 gas storage, Wenba gas storage, Nanhu gas storage and Qiudong gas storage. Previously, these gas reservoirs were depleted gas reservoirs in Tuha oilfield, and during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Tuha Oilfield successively rebuilt depleted gas reservoirs into gas reservoirs.
Wenjisan gas storage group is the first remote control, green and low-carbon gas storage group in China, and the only one station master, multi-storage linkage gas storage group in China, that is, a centralized treatment station can deploy multiple different pressure gas storage groups at the same time. At present, the gas storage group has experienced "three injection and one production", with a total of 1.35 billion cubic meters of gas injected and 0.7 million cubic meters of gas produced.
In order to ensure the smooth opening of the "bin" and "grain" of the Wenjisan gas storage group, Tuha Oil Field gas storage Company carefully prepared the gas production operation plan, did a good job in the maintenance and testing of the safety instrument system and automatic control system, checked key equipment and facilities, and repeatedly confirmed the gas production process, laying a solid foundation for gas production.
